Terms of Use
By accessing quenaro.vip and related services you agree to these Terms. Quenaro provides creative services (branding, logo, web, UI/UX, brochure and packaging design) under written agreements. All quotes and project scopes are subject to change until accepted in writing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services and website. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Australian Consumer Law & Refunds
Quenaro complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumers are entitled to remedies for major failures and certain guarantees apply. Fees charged for bespoke creative work reflect time, expertise and third-party costs.
- Project cancellations: partial refunds may apply per agreement.
- Faulty or incomplete deliverables: we will remedy issues promptly where covered by ACL or the contract.

Intellectual Property & Copyright
All creative work remains the intellectual property of Quenaro or our licensors until full payment and transfer are agreed in writing. Clients receive licenses as specified in their agreement (usage rights, exclusivity, territories, and duration).
Requests for trademark registration, copyright assignment or third-party licensing must be made in writing. For alleged copyright infringement, use the Legal Notice form on this page.
- Preliminary designs remain Quenaro property until approved and paid.
- Client-provided materials must not infringe third-party rights.
- Quenaro warrants it has the right to use third-party fonts and imagery when supplied or licensed.

Privacy & Data Handling
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For Australian clients, data handling follows the Privacy Act 1988 (as applicable) and recognised best practice. We collect the minimum personal information required to deliver services.
Third-party processors (hosting, analytics, fonts) are used under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. Requests to access or correct personal information should be directed via the Legal Notice form below or to Quenaro@outlook.com.
Data retention
We retain project records for a minimum of 7 years or as required for tax and legal purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first to allow local resolution:

- Allow 10 working days for a formal response. If unresolved, we will propose mediation or an external dispute resolution body as appropriate.

How we process notices
We review notices for completeness and may request further information. Frivolous or abusive claims may be rejected. Personal data you provide will be used solely to process the legal notice in line with our Privacy Policy.
